Situé en région parisienne, à Bussy-Saint-Georges, ce Mandir sera le premier temple hindou en France à être construit selon les principes de l'architecture traditionnelle. Il servira de lieu de culte, d'apprentissage, de célébration, et contribuera également à l'élégance architecturale et à ladiversité culturelle de la région parisienne.
Le Mandir est dédié au culte de Bhagwan Swaminarayan et des divinités hindoues de toute l'Inde. Il sera ouvert à toutesles personnes, quelle que soit leur foi ou leur origine, leur permettant de découvrir les traditions colorées, les cérémonies joyeuses et la sagesse profonde de la plus ancienne religion vivante du monde.
